The Icedogs recorded a shutout against the Quake 8-0 in home game

The Bozeman Icedogs struggled against the Yellowstone Quake allowing Ian Doner to score a hat trick as Bozeman crushed Yellowstone 8-0 in a home game at Haynes Pavilion in Bozeman. Moreover, John Bernhagen posted a shutout, stopping all 19 of the Icedogs shots throughout the game. The Yellowstone Quake took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Riley Buller and never looked back.

Cole Stewart chipped in with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Riley Buller delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).

In the first period, Buller opened the scoring for the Quake with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 6:05 with helpers from his linemates, Ford and Moore. Doner netted a goal at 9:33 with helpers from Stewart and Stewart.

In the second, Doner scored a goal at 0:35 with assists from Sievek and Pelto. Johnson deposited a goal at 14:52 with a helper from fellow Quake forward Moore.
