The Icedogs struggled against the Wild 9-4 in home game

The Bozeman Icedogs' defense had a poor night, allowing the Gillette Wild 26 shots throughout the game. The Gillette Wild took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Brooks Mitzel.

Austin Charnholm contributed with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Daniel Liner chipped in with 2 assists. Cody Walters did his part, adding 2 goals and Derek Scoggins delivered for his team with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).

During the first, Conroy opened the scoring for the Wild with a goal at 4:24 with helpers from his linemates, Conti and Varty. Miller answered for the Icedogs with a goal at 15:14 with a helper from Charnholm. Eastep answered for Gillette with a goal at 18:30 with assists from his linemates, Stockert and Thompson. Thompson quickly followed with a goal at 15:44 with assists from his linemates, Oberg and Stockert. Lopez quickly followed with a goal at 16:22 with helpers from teammates Liner and Stucker. Charnholm netted a goal at 19:36.

In the third, Peterson answered for the Wild with a goal at 2:34 with assists from Scoggins and Conti. Scoggins put in a goal at 10:52 with a helper from Mitzel. Walters scored a goal at 13:04 with an assist from Thompson.
