The Icedogs struggled against the Wild 9-2 in home game

The Bozeman Icedogs struggled against the Gillette Wild allowing Brooks Mitzel to score a hat trick as Bozeman crushed Gillette 9-2 in a home game at Spirit Hall Ice Arena in Bozeman. In addition, the Icedogs' defense had a poor night, allowing the Wild 33 shots throughout the game. The Gillette Wild took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Gage Thompson and never looked back.

Derek Scoggins contributed with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Jack Oberg delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).
